Giving Back to the Community

Virtually all Barry Bruce & Company, Inc. staff members are very much involved in our community!

PAUL LYNCH is a Big Brother involved with Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Lancaster County, and also serves as a Eucharistic Minister at his church.

DAWN HALL, mother of Jake and Emily, is very much involved with her children's school and the many school-related activities. Dawn is also very active in her church.

BARRY BRUCE's primary community event is the volunteer Chairmanship of the 6-night annual Lancaster Catholic High School Carnival, the school's biggest annual fundraising event. Typical net proceeds, following 5 months of preparation, are approximately $150,000.00. Barry's other annual major community event is the handling of the marketing and promotion of the World's Largest Sertoma Chicken Barbecue at Lancaster's Long's Park. The Barbecue proceeds allow the Sertoma Club to give back well over $100,000.00 each year to the Lancaster community, having surpassed the $1 Million mark 2 years ago.
